Valves Testing services as per relevant Standards

1. Our full line of hydrostatic & Pneumatic testing systems perform both hydrostatic and pneumatic testing on all type of valve end connections; Flanged Valves, Socket Weld Valves, Butt Welded Valves, Threaded Valves and Special Ended Valves. Our systems have been designed to test Gate, Globe, Check, Plug, Ball, Needle, Butterfly, Control, Safety Relief Valves and special valves. We work jointly with our clients, applying the latest standards governed by international bodies to address all specific industry valve testing requirements accordingly.

Refurbishment, Maintenance and Modification Services

We at TISCO offer a wide range of Valve refurbishment related services. These services are provided under one roof as one stop shop where Inspection, Dismantling, Examination of all components, Reconditioning of required components (Machining & lapping of plugs + seats, ball + ENP or chrome plating, machining of seats pockets, Rebuilding of wedge/plugs/flapper, Machining of new seat inserts [Reinforced Teflon, Nylon or Peek Ketron]) re-manufacture in case required, nominal lapping before assembly, Assembling, Testing, preparing the external surface for painting. Painting and Certifying will be done for all kinds of Valves, with no limitation on any type, size and class will be handled with best care and practices. For some clients we offer a collect and return scheme whereby items for repair are removed and reinstalled by their own maintenance staff, we then collect the items, carry out repairs at our workshop facility before returning them fully refurbished, tested and certified.

Valves Coatings (Sand / Shot Blasting / Painting Services)

TISCO demonstrate state of art preparedness with regards to painting, coating and surface preparation services for all kinds of valves. Painting / Coating is to protect Valves from atmospheric reactions and deteriorations, this process is to protect and safe guard exposed metal valves and its parts with excellent protective coatings to provide resistance to the corrosive action of normal atmospheric exposure. We at TISCO provide both external and internal coatings, and its drying process in temperature controlled environment at a quicker phase. We are familiar with most common petrochemical industry’s specifications. We possess a wealth of combined industrial expertise in painting, coating and surface preparation services, offering high quality, cost-effective options to our clients.

Services include:

1. Surface preparation – abrasive blasting (sand as well as shot) as applicable in accordance to procedures.


2. Painting & coating – We comply with comprehensive combine standards from all renowned Oil and Gas industry in our region.


3. Inspection of Valves coating consistency (Coating surface shall be examined for defects such as runs, drips, blisters, mud-cracking and lack of adhesion.


4. Inspection of Valves Coating Thickness (DFT) using an Elcometer or other suitable magnetic thickness measuring devices, to ensure DFT is evenly consistent.

Valve Actuation installation repair Services

We at TISCO offer: inspection, testing, repair and documentation of electric valve actuators for on/off and control applications available, both in-shop as well as on-site. Our technicians are experts in a wide range of actuator styles and brands, offering full test, repair or replacement of electrical connections, circuit boards, I/O signal wiring, and related electronic control systems. In addition to in-shop, we can also support customer field machining requirements covering actuator & gearbox refurbishment, control enhancement.
